Smile a While

It's a proven fact that it takes fewer muscles to smile than it does to frown; thus, smiling should come easy...

An old gospel chorus says it like this...

Smile a while and give your face a rest,

Raise your hands to the one you love the best,

Turn around to someone near,

Shake their hand and SMILE.

Smiling will give your face a rest.  Literally!  Besides all that, smiling is contagious. 

Yes, you heard it here first, SMILING IS CONTAGIOUS!!  Ever notice that when you smile at someone, they smile back?  Yep, it is surely contagious.
